Stage 1 – The Hosting Files
These files will be cloned exactly as they are currently on your site and will see no change to your website with no downtime.
Stage 2 – The domain name transfer
This is an optional step. Your ‘www.websitename.com’ would more than likely reside with you current hosters. They will either need to transfer the name (URL) to us or setup a redirection to point the URL to our servers instead.
A website transfer is where you require us to transfer your website from another hosting company to our servers. This is broken in to two stages.
- The files themselves
- The name (www) of your website.
We can handle all of the communications between us and your current hosting company on your behalf. Let us do the leg work!
