- We will send you clear instructions on how to create our support team a support account to allow us to help diagnose the issues.
- One of our 2nd level team will fault find the issue and discuss repairs with you.
- If you are happy with our suggestions we will make the repairs on your behalf.
- You will then receive a document of the exact issues in a high level document and detailing the repairs made with the engineers details.
- Once completed your engineer will advise you how to close our support account which will close any further access from us.
The price of this product is broken down as half day rates (4 Hourly). If the problems exceed this issue, this will be discussed with you prior to any further work being carried out and be charged per hour after the 4 hours. The exact times and explanations of the time taken will be detailed in the final document you will receive on completion of work.
