Our prices differ from residential to business customers. Our Business prices are charged at £40 - £50 per hour depending on the size and location of the business. The no fix no fee policy does not apply due to the immediate same day response we give our business customers.

In 2009 we changed the way we would like to handle our business customers from single call outs to contractual agreements. We have approached several customers who have had several different IT professionals (and not so much professionals) and would like us to repair all their work and/or mistakes. Each IT engineer works differently to the way they have been trained, thus some companies end up paying for several wasted hours while the engineer try's to find a foot hold on the business' system. Wasted time = wasted money.

Our current monthly prices are . .
A competitive £50.00 per PC.
£50.00 per month for your peripherals (internet, emails, printers)
From December 2009 to March 2010 contracts taken out are being offering a 50% reduction on the price per PC for the following 12 months; New customers only.

For a company with 10 PCs, Internet and Email monitoring. .

Our PC service involves . .
Regular updating of virus protection, and handling billing and subscriptions*
Regular updating of spyware protection
Regular reporting on office internet activity
Regular backups of each system
Regular backups of server or specific files externally
Blocking or selected websites like facebook, msn, etc.
Same day call out response to make repairs on your faulty PCs
Full service and health check of each PC twice a year to prevent overheating and slow under performance (especially valuable for dusty environments or heave use PCs)*
Dial in service for immediate response (In the rare event of internet downtime or inability to dial in, this will not be possible)
Replacement PC – while your faulty PC is with us being repaired, we can offer you a courtesy PC/laptop with Windows Vista/XP, MS Office 2007. Additional software (e.g. Sage etc) can be added by request.
