Backup Service
We will back up your data on a planned rota between ourselves

PC or Laptop Repair Service
We will be onsite within 24hours and have your PC back up and running to its working state. If the job is an impossible fix, we will provide you with and new PC at "cost price" and resurrect all the information possible from the 'dead' PC.
*only companies who have opted in for this option will benefit from 'all' hardware being sold to at cost price.

PC Health check& Full Servicing
We will make sure your PC is running at its best. Making sure it has all the latest update on windows and your hardware drivers. Full virus scans will be scanned for by default but we will also make sure we remove all pop-ups spyware, malware, etc. Our servicing includes all of this and also making sure the inside of the PC is cleaned to.

What if i do not wish to opt in for the step-plan?
We do have several business who only need us on very rare occasions, and on these circumstances we charge a flat rate fee of £40.00 p/h
